Hi, I'm Paul Akes, founder of FastCap, and today I want to share with you how I transformed my company from struggling with inventory and management issues to a dynamic organization with lean manufacturing.
It all started when consultants told me I was clueless, and I had a choice to reject or become humble and curious. I chose the latter, and they showed me how to reduce production time from 45 to just 7 minutes and make only what I needed when I needed it. It was counterintuitive, but it worked.
