Thank you to everyone who has been so understanding of my recent absence here! I know a couple weeks back things were looking to be back on track with my mental health, but sometimes it just ends up being a shiny mirage. So, with this video I'm feeling re-inspired and while it wasn't a suit fitting... I just wanted to pull off the bandaid with something that I felt really resonated with me.
As always, I really hope that this helps at least one person make it through another day -- or at least another 10 minutes!
