✅ INGREDIENTS FOR 8 MANCHURIAN BALLS
For Manchurian Balls
• 1½ cups (160 g) cabbage, finely chopped
• ⅓ cup (50 g) carrot, finely chopped
• ⅓ cup (50 g) green bell pepper, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp green chilli, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
• ¼ tsp white pepper powder
• ¼ tsp chaat masala
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• Salt to taste
• All-purpose flour (maida), as needed for binding
• Corn flour, as needed for binding
For Frying:
• Oil
For Gravy :
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp green chilli, finely chopped
• ½ cup minced cabbage
• ½ cup mixed-color bell peppers, chopped
• 1½ tbsp no-onion garlic tomato ketchup
• 1 tsp secret sauce (as shown in video)
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• Water, as needed for gravy
• Corn flour slurry (corn flour + water)
• ¼ tsp black pepper powder
• Coriander leaves
✅ INGREDIENTS FOR 16 MANCHURIAN BALLS (DOUBLE QUANTITY)
Simply double everything above:
For Manchurian Balls (16 balls)
• 3 cups (320 g) cabbage
• ⅔ cup (100 g) carrot
• ⅔ cup (100 g) green bell pepper
• 2 tbsp green chilli
• 2 tbsp ginger
• ½ tsp white pepper powder
• ½ tsp chaat masala
• 2 tsp soy sauce
• Salt to taste
• Maida for binding (double as needed)
• Corn flour for binding (double as needed)
For Frying:
• Oil
For Gravy (16 balls)
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• 2 tbsp ginger
• 2 tbsp green chilli
• 1 cup minced cabbage
• 1 cup mixed-color bell peppers
• 3 tbsp no-onion garlic tomato ketchup
• 2 tsp secret sauce
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• Water as required
• Corn flour slurry (double)
• ½ tsp black pepper powder
• Coriander leaves
