New Development Tour (Link 33, Redwood City)

I’m excited to announce our latest new development spotlight, part of an ongoing video series where I tour and feature new developments around the San Francisco Bay Area.

Link 33 in Redwood City is a brand new townhome community with - you guessed it - 33 attached townhomes.

This property was built by KB Home and I would like to thank Carolina Gabriel, the sales associate for this new community, who allowed us to take an early look!

There are a total of 4 different floor plans to choose from:

Two of them are 2 bed, 2 bath units. One of which is 1150 square feet and 2 stories high, the only 2 story floor plan in the community, the other one is 1375 square feet and 3 stories high.

There are two 3 bed, 2.5 bath floor plans, both are 3 stories high, one is 1648 square feet, and the other is 1837 square feet.

Because prices may continue to change for these units, I won’t mention the exact prices here because they may be out of date by the time you’re watching this video, but the prices start in the high $1.2 million range for the smaller 2 bedrooms and it goes up from there.

This community is located in the heart of Redwood City, just a few minutes walk from downtown.

Downtown Redwood City is one of the more recently revamped downtowns in the mid peninsula, with a bunch of great local restaurants, coffee shops, bars, lounges, a movie theatre, and much more.

Downtown is also home to one of many great local festivals like the Mardi Gras Carnival in February, the July 4th celebration, and Oktoberfest in late September.

Link 33 is just a few minutes away from Highway 101, Redwood City Caltrain Station, and Whole Foods.

For many folks living in this area who work in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, or anywhere in between - this location is very convenient.
