We can all use something that we learned to transform other people's lives. A neighborhood chess club trains young poor people recovered from drug addiction, so they can teach it in their slums, in this way they empower their selfs and give important tools from kids in their same situation When she was 5 years old, Ivanna learned how to play chess. 5 years ago, she started and has been leading the ABI (Ajedrez Barrial Inclusivo) project. Reaching the most vulnerable neighbourhoods and giving resources that will help not only chlindren but also teenagers with drug problems to solve issues more efficiently all throughout their lives using chess as a tool of inclusion and self improvement.
