The Rain Forest Cafe at Disney World Animal Kingdom is a DUMPSTER FIRE! Walt Disney World Animal Kingdom Rain Forest Cafe does not have standards!

We are so done with any Rain Forest Cafe. Our experience is they are consistent at only being a low quality restaurant. I could name several fast food restaurants whose standards exceed The Rain Forest Cafe at Walt Disney World Animal Kingdom.

The food runner dumped my wife's fries from her meal onto the table when he arrived as he absolutely didn't care about standards and didn't care about quality service and our food was just warm nearing room temperature. All of this money and the food that wasn't dumped onto our table was just warm nearing room temperature?

I wonder how many times does this happen to other customers if my wife and I continually have a combination of bad service, which this visit Xavier our server was wonderful, and poor quality food? If my wife and I 80% of the time have an exceptionally bad experience at Walt Disney World Rain Forest Cafe at Disney Animal Kingdom, then how many other dining guests are have a low standard Rain Forest Cafe experience, but don't say anything if nothing else just to feed their kids, etc.?

I'm thinking the customers are paying high prices because The Rain Forest Cafe is refunding so many customers meals, essentially giving out free meals if their personal standards are low enough. No standards.

Our food must have sat in the window waiting for a food runner to pick it up and deliver our food to the table. My estimate is that our food sat for 10 minutes before someone grabbed it and brought it to us dumping a woman's food onto the table and walking away.

I explained my Rain Forest Cafe at Disney World Animal Kingdom location to a security guard and he stated the Rain Forest Cafe at Disney World Animal Kingdom is known for being a very bad restaurant to go to, but another location is better.

Xavier our waiter lost out on a 20% to 50% tip. When our food was returned and we were done, the smirking manager that came to our table quickly realized that comping our meals and remaking them wasn't going to work. We were leaving and were gathering our things as he was still at our soon to be vacated table.

I believe there is no help for this restaurant and I certainly wouldn't recommend The Rain Forest Cafe at Walt Disney World Animal Kingdom, but please try it out for yourself and indeed I very much hope you have a far different experience than what we have been having visit after visit over the years. We however will not be giving anymore chances to The Walt Disney World Animal Kingdom Rain Forest Cafe location.

Please, in the comments, please state where we can go for a hot meal with friendly service. We don't expect value, but do expect quality.
