The story of the Welsh and the Bretons on a farm

This is an interesting story that my father told me about when some workers on my grandfather's Jersey farm started speaking Welsh (Cymraeg) and some French workers who knew Breton (brezhoneg) started listening. This video also explains the history of the relationship between Breton migrant labour and Jersey's historical agricultural industry.
I should stress that I am not entirely sure how true this story actually is, but I thought the subject matter was so interesting that I was compelled to share it!
