Look Outside - Stagnation Achievement! Details In The Description!

In order to unlock the Stagnation achievement, you must defeat Lethargy. Before I explain how to do this, I wanted to note that I was using save data from before the 2.0 update. If you have save data that already has the elevator unlocked, you can get this achievement pretty quickly! If you are new to the game, or don't have the elevator unlocked, play through the game until you do.

Once you have the elevator unlocked, head to the closest one on the floor you are on. I would HIGHLY suggest going to Sam's apartment and creating a save after healing up first! If you are at Sam's, leave the apartment, and the elevator is all the way to the west. Enter the elevator and interact with the floor panel. Choose Floor 2.

Right when you exit the elevator you will see a door directly south of where you are that has water coming out of it. Enter this apartment, and you will suddenly be underwater and have a time limit until you drown. Well, you don't REALLY drown, but you must fight a very powerful enemy called Drowning. You CAN beat it, but I would advise to not let your timer run out and avoid this fight! I killed it with my team, but it gives you nothing and just kicks you back outside of the apartment. HUGE waste of resources!

From where you enter the apartment, travel south and go past the first two doors. A tentacle ghost-like creature will start a conversation with you, and you will recognize it as Summer. Get through the dialog but be warned that the timer doesn't pause during dialog!

Follow Summer south and the head into the next door you come across on the east side of the hallway. You will have to pick up the green trash blocking the path by interacting with it. Clear a path until you can access the door all the way to the east past the second set of trash. You CAN'T open this door yet, but you will be able to soon. Head back all the way west and leave the room.

Continue south and enter the last door in the hallway on the west wall. You will find a valve here. Grab it and leave the room. Head back north and interact with the door on the west wall. When asked if you want to use the valve, choose "Yes." Head inside and then head south through the next two rooms. Grab the valve to the west in the rectangular room with the jellyfish. Once you have the valve, backtrack to the main area of the apartment where you entered.

When you are back in the main area, head south, and then interact with the door on the east wall (this is where you picked up the trash). Go all the way east and then interact with the door. Use the valve on it and head inside. Head south (grab the air if you need it!) and then use the door on the west wall. Grab the valve in this small room and then head back to the main area of the apartment.

Head all the way south and interact with the door. Use the valve when asked, and head inside. Start heading south, and Summer will start another conversation with you. Get through it and then follow her south. INSTEAD of going into the room to the east where she goes, interact with the door on the west wall. This will take you to the room with the Megalodon in it. Interact with the door on the west side of the room and then head north in the next room to find another valve. Once you have it, backtrack to the Megalodon room and go back through the door to the east.

In the hallway, go through the door directly across from you to the east, and then through the door to the south right near where you enter the room. Start heading east and you will see Summer swim off to the east. Follow her and then interact with the only other door in the room on the north wall. When asked if you want to use the valve, do so, and then head inside.

Head north and you will have another conversation with Summer. Once it is over, she will swim north into a blue tentacled sea anemone-looking thing.
Walk into it to start another conversation with Summer, and when given the chance to stay or leave, choose "Stay." This will initiate combat with Summer (Lethargy). Defeat her, and the achievement will unlock!
