This fancam is so HQ, can see BTS's face clearly. It's easier to lip read too, but too bad I'm only capable to catch some words.

BTS looked so proud and happy for Twice at the beginning, but then became serious during Jihyo 's speech.
01:00 Jungkook asked Jimin "울어?울어?" [cry?cry?], then keep clapping w/ warm smile.
01:40 Jungkook Jhope were staring at the stage when Tzuyu been cut off speech.
Then the following dialogue are mostly my guessing, because the camera is too shaky, and I can only catch some words.
02:02 JK asked SG something
02:03 SG answered w/ finger point to the stage
02:04 JK looked and say "...아닌데" [...is not]
(I wonder if they were talking about Tzuyu not giving a speech?)

02:10 JK "어, 진짜..." [oh, really...]

(It seems like they use the word [cry] a lot, I guess they are talking about Twice cried on stage. If this is real, then they are just too sweet to worry about Twice crying!!)
