Ingredients:
Chicken Soup:
2 chicken breasts
5 mastic pebbles
one onion
one celery stack
4 cardamon, one cinnamon stick, 5 cloves, 1 star anise, 2bay leaves
Rice:
1 tbsp ghee
1 cup washed Egyptian rice
5 mastic pebbles
2 cups chicken stock
Walnut Sauce:
2 slices of toast
1/4 cup milk
11/2 cups walnuts
3 garlic gloves
3 parsley stacks
1 cup cooking cream
