圆明园游记2/2 西洋楼遗址 大水法Old Summer Palace, Beijing 2/2 Western Tower Site, Dashuifa

在上期视频里，雷博给各位介绍了圆明园的绮春园和长春园。本期视频，雷博将给大家展示圆明园的西洋楼遗址，其中的大水法是圆明园的核心旅游景点。
水法是喷泉（Fountain）传入中国时的中文译名，大水法即为大型喷泉。大水法建于1759年，是西洋楼最壮观的喷泉。组成有狮子头、铜梅花鹿角、铜狗等喷水，以及方形喷水塔。据说这些喷泉若全部开放，有如山洪暴发，巍巍壮观，声闻数里。当年，皇帝是坐在大水法对面的观水法，观赏这一组喷泉的。英国使臣马戛尔尼、荷兰使臣得胜等，都曾在这里“瞻仰”过水法奇观。如今大水法只留下残垣断壁，被人为破碎的精美石雕残块散落各处，令人扼腕。西洋楼建筑群还包括：谐奇趣、黄花阵，以及海晏堂、远瀛观、养雀笼等遗址。圆明园占大部分的其实是早已被烧尽的中式建筑群，如今看到的西洋建筑群只是圆明园鼎盛时期的冰山一角。
圆明园是中国近代历史上最具有典型代表意义的遗址纪念地，它是既有绚丽景色又有故事的地方，是北京行的必游之地。

Shuifa is the Chinese translation of Fountain when it was introduced to China, and Dashuifa is also known as a large fountain. The Dashuifa was built in 1759 and is the most spectacular fountain in the Western Building. It is composed of lion's head, copper sika deer horn, copper dog and square spray tower. It is said that if all of these fountains were opened, they would be like a mountain flood erupting, towering and magnificent, with a sound for miles. Back then, the emperor sat opposite the Dashuifa and watched this group of fountains. The British envoy Macartney, the Dutch envoy Desheng, and others have all admired the wonders of founting here. Nowadays, the Dashuifa only leaves broken walls and exquisite stone carvings scattered everywhere, which is heartbreaking. The Western architectural complex also includes sites such as Xieqiqu, Huanghua Array, and Haiyantang, Yuanyinguan, and Yangquelong. In fact, the majority of Old Summer Palace is the burnt out Chinese architectural complex. The western architectural complex seen today is just the tip of the iceberg in the heyday of Old Summer Palace.
The Old Summer Palace is the most representative memorial site in modern Chinese history. It is a place with both beautiful scenery and stories. It is a must visit place in Beijing.
