20 g butter
2 tbsp sugar
Mandarin halves
1 egg
50 g sugar
A pinch of salt
Vanilla
50 ml oil
100 ml mandarin juice
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp grated mandarin zest
130 g flour
8 g baking powder
👇 Instructions (Quick):
Cook over very low heat for 30 minutes.
Flip using parchment paper so it doesn’t stick.
Cook 5 more minutes.
Garnish with almonds (optional).
