The "Cloud 9" as the locals call it, is a privately owned estate that is overlooking the city of Zamboanga. You can see the shore line at the Gazebo as well as the greenery. Similar to that of the Poeple's Park in Tagaytay City. A breath of fresh air and sea breeze that can sweep your worries away.
It was previously a resort which was developed by a Korean national in the early 2000 and was later bought for private use. Aside from the view, one of the merits it has is that there is a wide array of fruit trees, mostly Mangoes that are supplied to the local markets. As of late, the land is up for sale at the price of 37 million pesos (Negotiable).
