TECH TALK TUESDAY E1

In this video I will be talking about a very common mistake I'm seeing, and this an off-centered knee. Why it's happening and how to fix it. I will also be talking about why it's NOT REQUIRED to be fit for this profession, but why it HELPS to be in-shape.

I'm not going to go as far as commit to every Tuesday LOL, but I will be uploading these shorter talking-head videos on Tuesday. Basically just wanted to get more information out there for you all.
