Learn how to make a Whipped Soap Base Recipe from scratch. Whipped soap bases are a blend of ingredients that give you a pliable, light and fluffy soap base. The Whipped Soap base is easily customized to create a whole bunch of different recipes with just a few ingredients.
I personally enjoy making the whipped soap base myself instead of buying the foaming bath butter or foaming bath whip. It is often called a foaming bath whip because it is not technically 'soap'. In order to make a true soap, you need to use oils and lye and it goes through the saponification process. Instead of going through that process we use surfactants in this recipe.
