Ramadhani ni mwezi muhimu katika kalenda ya Kiislamu, unaozingatiwa na mamilioni ya Waislamu duniani kote. Inahusisha kufunga kutoka alfajiri hadi machweo ya jua, ambayo ni moja ya Nguzo Tano za Uislamu.
Hapa kuna mambo muhimu kuhusu Ramadhani:
Muhtasari
Kufunga:
Waislamu wanajizuia kula na kunywa wakati wa mchana, wakitenga muda wa sala, kutafakari, na jumuiya.
Muda:
Mwezi huchukua siku 29 au 30, kulingana na kuonekana kwa mwezi.
Umuhimu wa Kiroho:
Ni wakati wa kuongezeka kwa ibada, sala, na usomaji wa Quran. Wengi pia hushiriki katika shughuli za hisani.
Mazoezi
Suhuur (Alfajiri) na Iftar:
Mlo wa kabla ya alfajiri kabla ya kufuturu (suhuor) na mlo wa kufungua jua linapozama (iftar) ni sehemu muhimu za utaratibu wa kila siku wa Ramadhani.
Taraweeh:

Thus, God did not give us or command us to follow as a punishment, but He knew that we, His servants, would be able to follow the law of fasting. As He Himself confirmed in Surat Al-Baqarah, (2:286).
