My wife and I were eating breakfast at Cracker Barrel Restaurant. That's when I discovered how good their pancakes were. I bought a box of pancakes mix. On the way home, I started wondering about having to add eggs and maybe some other ingredients. Much to my surprise, after reading the instructions, you only add water. That's when I decided to fix them at a campsite.
