How to Depressurize your Delonghi Dedica for free! EC685 EC785 EC885

The Delonghi Dedica EC685 comes with pressurized espresso filter baskets. In this video, I show how to despressurize them with a 1/8" drill bit, to allow a non-pressurized espresso extraction. This is a very easy mod to do, and can help to get a better extraction with minimal effort. Just be aware that once you depressurize, you will need to grind finer.
