I watched Jurassic Park for my latest movie reaction. Jurassic Park is one of my favorite movies and by far the most influential dinosaur film of all time. I decided to react to this because Jurassic World Rebirth is releasing in theaters soon and I’m very excited for it. Jurassic Park is a 1993 American science fiction action film directed by Steven Spielberg, produced by Kathleen Kennedy and Gerald R. Molen, and starring Sam Neill, Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum, and Richard Attenborough. Written by Michael Crichton and David Koepp and based on Crichton's 1990 novel, the film is set on the fictional island of Isla Nublar, near Costa Rica. In Steven Spielberg's massive blockbuster, paleontologists Alan Grant (Sam Neill) and Ellie Sattler (Laura Dern) and mathematician Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum) are among a select group chosen to tour an island theme park populated by dinosaurs created from prehistoric DNA. While the park's mastermind, billionaire John Hammond (Richard Attenborough), assures everyone that the facility is safe, they find out otherwise when various ferocious predators break free and go on the hunt.

The film was so successful it spawned a franchise spanning decades, including The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997), Jurassic Park III (2001), Jurassic World (2015), Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (2018), Jurassic World Dominion (2022), and the upcoming installment Jurassic World Rebirth (2025).
