I swap out the OEM Denso Iridium plugs (SK16HR11) for NGK Laser Iridium ones as I found NGK worked better on my Corolla's 1ZZ-FE engine (before and after turbo). Even if it's not time to replace your plugs, you should check them occasionally to see what's going on in your engine by reading them (see above link).
