Ever wondered what it's like to be a car wash owner. Cleaning up trash, collecting cash, fixing equipment and dealing with customers. Yeas all of those things happen and I love it. Especially the collecting cash part.

But this is the reality of owning a self serve car wash and in this video you will see pretty much a typical day and what that consists of. What a great business the car wash is. If set up correctly it can be a great passive income producing asset and give you the financial freedom that you can dream of just like I was dreaming of when I was a teenager.

After working for my Uncle for 2 years at he's car washes I really wanted my own and I came across this car wash. It was completely shutdown for many years so I approached the owner of the land and made a deal with him.

It took me 6 weeks to bring it back to life and open it and now the customers are starting to pour in. Not to mention I opened it during winter so I am yet. to see its full potential but here's a small taste of how its going so far!
