Ingredients (for 1.5 kg Chicken Pota Kaleji):
🔸 Main Ingredients:
Chicken kaleji (liver) – 750 gm
Chicken pota (gizzard) – 750 gm
Oil – ½ cup (ya zarurat ke mutabiq)
Pyaz (onion) – 4-5 bade, barik katte hue
Tamatar (tomatoes) – 3 medium, barik katte hue
Hari mirch – 4-5, kati hui
Adrak lehson ka paste – 2 tbsp
Dahi (curd) – ½ cup
Hara dhaniya – thoda (garnish ke liye)
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp (optional)
🔸 Dry Masale:
Haldi powder – 1 tsp
Lal mirch powder – 2 tsp (taste ke mutabiq)
Dhaniya powder – 2 tsp
Jeera powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Namak – taste ke mutabiq

🍳 Recipe Method (Step-by-Step):
1. Preparation:
Pota aur kaleji ko alag alag ache se dho kar saaf kar lein. Pota ko halka sa 10-15 min tak pressure cooker me 1 seeti tak pre-cook kar lein taaki wo soft ho jaye.
2. Cooking Base:
Ek kadahi me oil garam karein. Pyaz daal kar golden brown hone tak bhunein.
3. Masala Bhuna:
Adrak-lehson paste daalein, 1 min tak bhunein.
Ab tamatar aur saare dry masale daal kar masala ko 5-7 min tak bhun lein jab tak tel alag na ho jaye.
4. Add Pota & Kaleji:
Pehle pota daalein aur 10 min tak bhun lein.
Phir kaleji daal kar mix karein. Dono ko medium flame par 15-20 min tak bhunein.
5. Dahi & Finishing:
Dahi daal kar 10 min tak dum de dein taaki masala andar tak chala jaye.
Lemon juice aur hara dhaniya daal kar final mix karein.
6. Ready to Serve:
Bhuni bhuni pota kaleji tayyar hai! Garam naan, roti ya khushbu daar chawal ke sath serve karein 😍
