Siôn Merion AKA 'The Sober Gay' is host of the popular 'Sober Gay Podcast', a media executive and recently celebrated 3 years of sobriety. Siôn sits down and shares how the worst comedown of his life lead to him taking the decision to ditch alcohol and substances so he could live life feeling '100 percent, 100 percent of the time'. Popular gay culture and socialising can often revolve around drinking, partying and 'having a good time' which for some can lead to negative impacts of drink and drugs.
