Get ready to transform your booty with this 15 minute GLUTE WORKOUT! Shed unwanted pounds & tone your muscles in a relaxed but definitely intense way. No equipment is needed, so you can do it anywhere, anytime!
It's super important that you THINK about your glutes while performing these exercises. That`s how you form that mind-body connection.
Tips:
1) squeeze your glutes with every repetition
2) lift your legs by using your glute muscles, not by swinging
3) don't release tension and relax at the lower point of the motion, but try to KEEP the glute muscle activated
If you need breaks - TAKE THEM! Pause the video to take a short break and resume the workout when you`re ready!
Workout Break Down:
2 Rounds 30sec work / 10 sec rest
Round 1: Leg Lift Variations
Round 2: Glute Bridge Variations + Lateral Raises Variations
