Stop buying that supermarket stuff. It's so easy to make them yourself and trust me; once you make them; you won't want to stop. They are delicious and will compliment any filling you choose to put in them. Four ingredient is all you need and you could make them today. You can use butter, oil, shortening, vegan butter, organic vegan shortening, lard or ghee if you like. This is a fun recipe and making it still puts a smile on my face.

2 cups unbleached all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
6 tablespoons unsalted butter (you can experiment with different types of fats and see what works for you)
1/2 cup of hot water
