Ingredients :
1. Egg - 8
2. Mustard Oil - 4 tbsp
3. Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
4. Salt - ½ tsp
5. Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
6. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
7. Dried Red Chilli - 2
8. Tej Patta - 2
9. Gota Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
10. Onion - 4 medium
11. Garlic Cloves - 14 / 15
12. Tomato - 3 small
13. Salt to taste
14. Ginger (chopper) - 1 tbsp
15. Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
16. Red Chilli Powder - 1½ tsp
17. Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
18. Sugar - ½ tsp (optional)
19. Chicken Masala - 1 tbsp
20. Water - 1 glass
21. Fresh Coriander Leaves - ½ cup
22. Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Preparation Time : 10 min
Cooking Time : 25 min
