3 December 2013 -- Yomiuri-TV Enterprise Ltd. (Japan) and Mabui Stone Corporation (Japan) together with Double Vision (Malaysia), the production arm of Vision New Media is pleased to announce a collaboration to produce Malaysia's very own Malay costumed hero TV series , "Ryujin Juwara (30min. X 26eps)" . The exciting series is currently in production and will be aired on TV3 in the 17th Jan 2014.
Ryujin Juwara is the localized version of Ryujin Mabuyer which is a top rated TV series in
Okinawa, Japan which debuted in 2008. Ryujin Mabuyer the Movie made its big-screen
debut in 2012 and Ryujin Mabuyer Comics was launched as a major weekly magazine in the same year. The show will impart the essence of Malay tradition and culture to the young generation.
Ryujin Juwara is the first Malay TV series to be shot in Okinawa, Japan. The action-packed series brings together some of the hottest young actors from Malaysia such as Iedil Putra and Faralyna Idris. Ryujin Juwara that will no doubt be a hit with young Malaysians!
