Meet LOTUS Artist Nicolas Gardel! Nicolas is widely regarded as one of the best players in France, with huge amounts of respect in the community. He is not only a great Jazz soloist, but a strong Lead player as well.
This was our first meeting with Nicolas, with him playtesting our new gear in front of a full room of trumpet players at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in central Toulouse. Big thanks to @Octavent for arranging such a beautiful event!
You’ll see Nicolas playing various mouthpieces and comparing his Solo MAX model to our new Solo model. After this event, Nicolas decided to get a Solo model. He said that it was easier to play and he could access the sound that he’s looking for with more stability, especially when coupled with the right mouthpiece.
