Last Friday barely touched the Den Bosch heat, considering all the recent releases that found their way to the turntable, and the discussion we had with Abadir, about his latest album, the Cairo scene, and arabic identity in modern music.
This week might be more of the same, hopefully cured from a good week of dancing tango with Covid.
The amout of good new music in 2025 was stagering, and I suspect I will keep getting surprised and excited till the very last second, or so it seems. This almost weekly stream tries to reflect on that, with a good measure of investigating the past, and thus bring some critical distance, and joy.
Not much more to say, except that I hope you share the enthusiasm for discovering old and new music, new to you, and that it helps us all feel more free.
