Making of Galaxy Cold Process Soap by Spicy Pinecone. This is a combination of a few different swirls, combined with some mica painting techniques.
To address a few questions that may come up:
I didn't like the texture of the soap when I unmolded, so I chose to plane it instead of steam it. Planing removed some of the stars and sparkle, so I added more after planing was complete.
Mica added to the soap while the batter was wet was mixed with oil. Mica added after the soap was unmolded was mixed with 91% rubbing alcohol and added with a (clean and unused) toothbrush by flicking, and then "painted" with a rubber-tipped color blending tool. A paintbrush would work fine.
