Hard to believe that tassies best free Camp was practically empty for the entire week of Easter holidays!! This place was exactly what we had hoped for... A quiet relaxing Easter to spend camped up by the lake and to hopefully catch a fish!
Axl managing to catch the most trout and bagging us our tea on multiple nights!
We cooked our dinner over the campfire every night and even managed to bake some hot cross buns and scones in the camp oven.
We explored the lake by boat and stumbled upon a hidden unmarked waterfall. After a bit of climbing, clambering and wandering through the bush the waterfall revealed itself to be quite the spectacular site!
We also were lucky enough to get a delivery from a special someone!! 🐇
