Let's Create 2021 Language Learning Goals

Having goals can be one of the most important things you can do when learning a language in my opinion. Goals help you in so many ways. For one, goals add a level of accountability to your overall progress to help improve your chances of getting steady and constant results. Moreover, I think that goals can be a great source of motivation and inspiration and help you to identify problems and ways to optimize your language learning.

Unfortunately, so many people don't have goals especially when learning a foreign language. Even more unfortunate, of the people that do have goals, very few people actually write them down or actively monitor and track their progress. This is a big mistake in my opinion and there are so many amazing advantages of creating goals.

Today, I wanted to create language learning goals for 2021 and walk through my process. Hopefully, this video will also give you some inspiration and help you to create your own goals for the new year as well as setting up tracking to monitor your progress. Even if you are watching this video and a new year is not coming up, I do think the content in this video will be helpful for you to create goals and track your progress no matter when it is.
