Boxing a frame adds a ton of strength to a chassis compared to an otherwise non-boxed frame. This is a common modification that can be found underneath many custom-built cars. Low Riders, Racecars, Hot Rods, Mini-Trucks, you name it, and you will most likely find that its sitting on a boxed frame.
