There are endless ways around chord progressions and it would be at the discretion of every piano player to re-create the harmony/melody of a song/jam. This tutorial explores one of the many ways you can do simple circle of 5th movements like 2-5-1, 4-6-2, etc, also using relative minors and majors as temporal getaways from the key of context. as well as altered and passing chords.
