🌟🌟भारतीय सेना की तीनों शाखाओं में सैनिकों की भर्ती के लिए नई स्कीम लॉन्च की गई है. इस स्कीम का नाम अग्निपथ है, जिसके तहत सैनिकों की भर्ती 4 साल के लिए होगी और उन्हें अग्निवीर कहा जाएगा.

केंद्रीय कैबिनेट से इस योजना को मंजूरी मिलने के बाद केंद्र सरकार के मंत्रियों से लेकर तीनों सेना प्रमुख तक, इस नई योजना की तारीफ कर रहे हैं.

🌟तो चलिए जानते हैं कि क्या है अग्निपथ स्कीम?
भारतीय सेना में पहली बार ऐसी कोई स्कीम लॉन्च की गई है, जिसमें शॉर्ट टर्म के लिए सैनिकों की भर्ती की जाएगी. इस योजना के तहत हर साल करीब 40-45 हजार लड़के और लड़कियों को सेना में शामिल किया जाएगा.
-ये युवा साढ़े 17 साल से 21 साल की उम्र के बीच के होंगे.
-ये भर्तियां मेरिट और मेडिकल टेस्ट के आधार पर की जाएंगी.
-इन चार वर्षों में सैनिकों को 6 महीने की बेसिक मिलिट्री ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी.
-इसमे पहले साल में 30 हजार, दूसरे साल में 33 हजार, तीसरे साल में 36500 और चौथे साल में 40 हजार मासिक वेतन दिया जाएगा. इसके अलावा उन्हें EPF/PPF की सुविधा भी मिलेगी.
-चार साल पूरे होने के बाद इन सभी अग्निवीरों की सेवा समाप्त हो जाएगी और फिर नई भर्तियां की जाएंगी.
-सेवा समाप्त होने वाले 25 फीसदी अग्निवीरों को स्थायी रेजीमेंट में भर्ती किया जाएगा.
-चार साल की अवधि पूरी होने पर अग्निवीर को 11.71 लाख की रकम सेवा निधि के तौर पर दी जाएगी जो टैक्स फ्री होगी. अग्निवीरों को पेंशन का लाभ नहीं मिलेगा। इसके अलावा सर्विस के दौरान शहादत पर परिजनों को 1 करोड़ रुपये मिलेंगे। वहीं सेवा के दौरान दिव्यांग होने या गंभीर रूप से जख्मी होने की स्थिति में 44 लाख रुपये का कवरेज मिलेगा।
-सेवामुक्त किए जाने के बाद भी उन्हें दूसरी नौकरी हासिल करने में आसानी हो, इसके लिए 'अग्निवीर स्किल सर्टिफिकेट' दिया जाएगा।

🌟🌟A new scheme has been launched for the recruitment of soldiers in all the three branches of the Indian Army. The name of this scheme is Agneepath, under which the soldiers will be recruited for 4 years and they will be called Agniveer.

After getting the approval of this plan from the Union Cabinet, from the ministers of the Central Government to the Chief of the three Army, are praising this new scheme.

🌟So let us know what is Agneepath scheme?
For the first time in the Indian Army, such a scheme has been launched, in which soldiers will be recruited for short term. Under this scheme, about 40-45 thousand boys and girls will be inducted in the army every year.

-These youths will be between the age of 17 and a half years to 21 years.
-These recruitments will be done on the basis of merit and medical test.
-In these four years, the soldiers will be given basic military training of 6 months.
-In this, 30 thousand will be given in the first year, 33 thousand in the second year, 36500 in the third year and 40 thousand in the fourth year. Apart from this, they will also get the facility of EPF / PPF.
-After the completion of four years, the service of all these Agniveers will end and then new recruitments will be made.
-25 percent of the Agniveers who finish service will be recruited in the permanent regiment.
-On completion of four years, an amount of 11.71 lakh will be given to Agniveer as service fund, which will be tax free. Agniveers will not get the benefit of pension. Apart from this, family members will get Rs 1 crore on martyrdom during service. On the other hand, in case of disability or serious injury during service, a coverage of Rs 44 lakh will be given.
-Agniveer Skill Certificate will be given to make it easier for them to get another job even after their retirement.
