O&L Emerging Talent Programme 2025

The Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group is committed to developing future-ready talent in Namibia. As a diverse group with a growth mindset for both our people and businesses, O&L has proudly run the Emerging Talent Programme since 2007. This initiative attracts young graduates with little to no work experience, guiding them through individual development plans that prepare them for successful careers.

What sets O&L’s programme apart is its emphasis on nurturing talent through comprehensive, tailored development plans, ensuring participants become resilient, well-rounded professionals within a 12-month period. This aligns with our O&L Persona of authentic, caring and passionate, which guides us to live the O&L brand at every touchpoint, enabling excellence and empowering our people.

In this video you will meet the 13 exceptional individuals joining various O&L companies as part of the 2025 Emerging Talent intake. These candidates will contribute to our Purpose through their work in Business Development at O&L Centre, to four Chef de Partie trainees at O&L Leisure, two Management Accountants at Hartlief and Kraatz, three Engineers across Namibia Dairies and Kraatz, a Human Capital Practitioner at Hartlief and two Procurement Officers at Kraatz.
