Dr. Laura Moran is an educational consultant with PaTTAN in Harrisburg, PA. Currently, Laura is the statewide lead for the PA State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP) to increase graduation rates for students with disabilities. In addition, she is the central office lead for Path to Graduation (P2G), which is to increase school completion for middle school students with emotional behavioral disorders.
Laura’s work also encompasses literacy, Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), and special education leadership. Laura is a certified Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling (LETRS) trainer in PA and nationwide and a national Paideia faculty member. Laura holds a doctorate degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Administration and Leadership Studies for the Public Sector and her research focused on teacher efficacy.
Diane Funsten is an educational consultant with the Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network (PaTTAN) at the East office in Malvern, PA. Diane is the statewide lead consultant for the Procedural Safeguards initiative, which provides training and resources related to special education compliance issues. Her other areas of concentration include multi-tiered system of supports in academics and behavior; special education leadership; and the State Systemic Improvement Plan, which focuses on increasing graduation rates of students with disabilities. In addition, Diane is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Mike Minor is an educational consultant with PaTTAN in Pittsburgh, PA. Currently, Mike is the western office lead for the PA State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP) to increase graduation rates for students with disabilities. Mike’s work at PaTTAN also encompasses Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS), and autism. Mike has previously served at the district and school level as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist in multiple states.
