Textured Ocean Wave Tumbler Tutorial

I am so excited about this new way to do tumblers and a new way to add texture and dimension to ocean paintings made with resin. The ingredients in my Sea Foam Blend are Mod Podge, white ink, water and dish soap. If you would like to just try mine, you can get it from my shop:
