Hey everybody, this is a video I wish I didn't have to make. We tried hard (extremely hard) to make this happen, but at the end of the day Foundry's (or rather Roper Industries') price was just too high for the Modo community to crowdsource. If there was any way that I felt we could have been successful I would certainly would have tried to make it happen - but we are simply too small of a community to be able to crowdfund the amount of money Roper desires for Modo at this time. It's possible this could change in the future - and Foundry said that I would be the first person they would call if things change. As it is though, I think we need to move forward and assume this project is finished - which means if you have been holding off on switching to another 3D app, I think you can do that now.
