We’re back with Lauren. After outlining her goals last episode we decided it would be best to work on her backhand today. We’re going to start on the field doing a little form work before taking it to the course and testing it there! The form work will be focused on getting her through the pocket cleanly allowing her to aim a bit more naturally.
