SUNLU EASY PA NYLON initial impressions

First I'd like to thank ‪@SUNLU‬ for allowing me to test this new Easy PA filament. I was sent this spool free of charge, though they understand that my opinions and outcome will be based on what I feel about the material.

I must admit it was a challenge as I went by the temperature range for the nozzle based on details written on the spool and even initially thought that I had done something wrong or that there was something wrong with the material because it was as if I was printing too hot. after several tests I contacted the representative and explained that it's best results was actually at 235c with the correct 60c bed Which means that the nozzle temperature was almost 15°c lower than the lowest temperature rated on the spool. This was that 50mm/sec they advised me that it would in some cases react differently in different hot ends so I moved over to my big printer which instead of the H2V2 with a smaller block has a triangle labs dragon with a much larger melt zone and larger heater block. It actually gave better results, and at those same temperatures. And the fact that I could do this without a heated enclosure and it didn't warp. The fact that I was able to print at 235c instead of an average of 250 for most nylons. I will have a larger review on one of my other social media which gives me more room to play with time wise. But this material has quite impressed me. I would definitely recommend it for things that require a material that has a higher heat deflection but when the person can't reach higher ABS and above temperatures with their printer or they don't have an enclosure.
If you want to get some yourself it is actually reasonably priced so I will probably be picking up another spool or two myself
