तेलंगाना के मुख्यमंत्री ए. रेवंत रेड्डी ने कांग्रेस पार्टी की अंदरूनी एकता पर बात करते हुए हिंदू देवी-देवताओं को लेकर ऐसा बयान दे दिया कि विवाद खड़ा हो गया है। रेवंत रेड्डी ने कहा कि हिंदू धर्म में 3 करोड़ देवी-देवता हैं और लोग अपने देवताओं को लेकर भी एकमत नहीं हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि कोई अयप्पा स्वामी की पूजा करता है तो कोई शिव की, और ये सब हम देख ही रहे हैं। गोशामहल से विधायक और बीजेपी से निलंबित नेता टी. राजा सिंह ने रेवंत रेड्डी के बयान पर तीखी प्रतिक्रिया दी है।
