PARIA BEACH AND WATERFALL HIKE 2024

Follow us on our journey along the north coast of Trinidad to the beautiful Paria Bay and Waterfall. This hike is one of the more picturesque hikes here in Trinidad where u see beauty along the entire trail. The length of this hike is dependent on the person's fitness level. With no stops this hike can take 2-3 hrs one way. With stops it can take upwards of 3-4 hrs one way. This time we decided to hike in and hike back out, rather than take a boat back like the first time we came. The hike back out was faster but tiring.
There is the iconic stop at the stunning north cost beaches, turtle rock and Cathedral Rock. Turtle rock is more than half way to Paria and we were lucky enough to send up the drone, that's the only way you get to see the turtle shaped rock. Cathedral rock marks the beginning of the Paria Beach.Once you reach there you are basically on the beach. Lastly, the icing on the cake is the Paria Bay Waterfall.
