Ingredients:
2 eggs (one yolk).
1 tablespoon yogurt.
1 tablespoon sugar.
1 glass of warm water (200 ml).
1 cup melted butter or margarine (200 ml).
1 tablespoon baking powder.
1 tablespoon salt.
1 tablespoon yeast.
5 cups flour.
For the dough topping:
1 egg yolk.
1 tablespoon milk.
A pinch of turmeric.
