**HOW I GET THE NAME OILDRAULIC**
In 1999, Dover elevator division, the company that succeded Oildraulic, was sold to Thyssen Elevator and Oildraulic elevators were sold overseas through third-party distributors. One of them were Thyssen Malaysia (now Dover Malaysia), until 2001, when the merger of Thyssen and Krupp was completed to make one company, ThyssenKrupp. Thyssen Dover was renamed "ThyssenKrupp" as was all of the other brands. The Oildraulic elevator system was then bought by ThyssenKrupp and continued to be produced until 2012, but unfortunately in 2001, Oildraulic was no longer available overseas; it became an exclusive model in the United States and therefore it was only sold there.
