Which Doctors Get SUED The Most? | Medical Malpractice, Lawsuits, and Complaints

They say that almost every physician working today or in the future will receive a complaint or lawsuit... and the stats support this claim. According to some date, up to 97% percent of all GPs and 88% of consultants have come across a medical complaint in once way or another. But who does this affect the most - the doctors or the patients? With the primary care crisis worsening by the day, I wanted to take a look at medical complaints by specialty and explain why in some cases, this might mean less surgeons, less family doctors, and less specialists for the general public.
