How to Make a Ruffle Scrunchie Easy DIY

Make this easy and pretty Ruffle Scrunchie with two strips of fabric.
You can make with just one colour or get creative and make it two tone with different fabrics, colours or prints.
In this video, I am using Pebble Satin that has a crinkly texture with a bit of stretch.
If you are a beginner sewing, use fabric that is easier to handle such as quilting cotton.

Cut 2 x fabric pieces 5”x30” ( 13cm x 76cm)
8” (20cm) length of ½” (12mm) wide elastic
