Roberto will present some basic principles, challenges, and benefits of doing EA in enterprises, emphasizing the importance of adopting the TOGAF® standard framework and open standards to help enterprises connect their strategy to their execution in a timely manner, maximizing resources and thriving in the market.
Roberto Severo Country Manager, Brazil, joined The Open Group in 2012. He is TOGAF® certified, and PMI Project Manager. Currently, he is also the chair of the AEA (Association of Enterprise Architects) Chapter São Paulo – Brazil. Specialized in Corporate Architecture, he has been delivering lectures since 2008, bringing the alignment of strategy and execution into everyday life of companies at relevant international and national events, such as London, San Francisco, and São Paulo.
