Brief:
We've arrived, just a stone's throw from the largest Epsilon military hub we've seen so far. Now that the Tactical Nuke Silo is secure, we can focus our assault on Yuri's base. With the Tactical Nuke Silo, even without the Kirov Commander support, we should theoretically be able to more easily confront the Epsilon base. However, the initial assault force we sent to establish the outpost was quickly overwhelmed and taken under control by a Psychic Beacon.

The entire expeditionary force—the combined forces of all the Latin Confederation we've assembled across the Atlantic—is en route. Half of the landing force will be under your command. Recapture the captured outpost and secure it, buying us enough time to construct a Tactical Nuke Silo there before the full assault begins. The Kirov commander is en route and awaits your success, while its backup batteries are recharging on Ascension Island. Remain vigilant, Comrade. While the Kirov was battling the PsiCorps and Scorpion Cell bases in Africa, we discovered a particularly threatening object: a new device capable of tearing apart the base's infrastructure with psychic energy. This device could potentially be used against the Super Kirov, bringing it down in an instant. When our forces arrive here, you might face this device yourself. If you discover it, make it your primary target. Our strike force has been reorganized, and the Latin Confederation newest "Southern Cross" will assist you in this operation.

1: Destroy the Psychic Beacon at the outpost.
2: Protect the outpost from enemy attack.
3: Protect the Tactical Nuke Silo until it is fully charged.
4 & 5: Destroy the Epsilon base and capture all of the Master Control Spires.
