*揉好麵團放入冰箱1小時鬆弛,冷藏後可令角仔皮層次分明* 更加鬆化 **
餡料:

芝麻20克
椰絲20克
糖30克
油溫160-170 C度 炸5-6分鐘全熟透,角仔顏色白淨好漂亮,口感輕盈鬆化 👍👍👍
